How to place an order?

The process of placing an order with KBC is very simple and fast.

Find the product you want to buy

You'll see a search box located at the top of the site page. You can also search from a specific category located on the 3-bar menu of the website, and also below the search box. When you find a product you're interested in, click on the image, title or name of the product to see its details.

Add to cart

When you've found the product you'd like to order, click 'Add to Cart' found at the bottom of the product's detail page. Once you've added a product to your cart, you can click on 'Continue shopping' to go back and continue searching and adding to your cart (or you can click on 'Go to cart' to proceed with your order). You can access the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the black shopping bag button at the bottom of your screen.

Checkout

Once you have finished adding to the cart what you want to order, proceed by opening your shopping cart. You do this by clicking on the black shopping bag button at the bottom of your screen. In your shopping cart, you can increase or reduce your quantities of each item, before proceeding with your order. To proceed, click on the "Place an order" button at the bottom of your screen, and it will send you to the checkout page so you can fill in all your personal information and the delivery information including your name, email address, WhatsApp number (to complete your order and also receive updates of your order), your country, detailed delivery info and any special requests. When the information is complete, click on the 'Confirm' button located at the bottom of the page so that you can validate your entire order. (If your order details are not correct on the Confirmation page, at the top of your screen, click the 'Cart' or 'Contacts' tabs to make the necessary adjustments) If your order details are correct, click on the 'Confirm' button again to send us your order. Once we receive your order, our Customer service will reach out to you on WhatsApp for confirmation, processing and delivery of your order. Payment will be processed as well with our customer service, using the most convenient payment methods accessible.

Negotiation and payment

Price negotiation and payment can be handled directly on WhatsApp with our customer service for a personalized experience. To facilitate negotiations, open the product details of the product you want to purchase on our website, then click on the green 'SEND ORDER TO WHATSAPP' button to start a conversation with us based on the product.

Shipping and delivery

If the goods you desire are not readily available, don't worry. Our efficient shipping options ensure your satisfaction. Air shipping typically takes 15 days (and is generally more costly), while sea shipping may take 45-60 days. For items in stock, delivery can be as quick as 1-2 days, depending on your location. For items not in stock, shipping fee is generally paid by you at the point of delivery. Most shipping agencies allow this, with the exception of DHL, who request payment of delivery fees before they can ship your goods. Please note that the prices on our website do not include shipping/delivery fees. The most comfortable delivery options and fees will be discussed with you by our customer service, based on the weight and volume of your entire order, the delivery location, and how soon you want to receive your goods. Rest assured, we prioritize transparency and quality assurance. Each item will be showcased in a video before shipment for your approval.
