Return procedure

You have 2 working days following the delivery of your order to return an item.

The steps:

Contact our customer service to check the eligibility of your return at +(237) 678590764 from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 1:00pm. to 5:00 p.m
Drop off your item to the customer service you discussed with.
The item will only be received if it is accompanied by proof of payment, all its accessories and in its original packaging in good condition.
All returned items are subject to a verification examination.

What cannot be returned?

The following cannot be returned:

Underwear (underpants, swimwear, etc.)

Refund Procedure

Refunds for returned items are effective within 14 working days.

Refunds are made exclusively by Orange Money or MTN Mobile Money.
